When you request a quote we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, state, and the coverage details and general health information you choose to share. We also automatically record technical context needed to document your consent — your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the referring page, your time zone, and how long the form was open.
Health details (such as tobacco use or major conditions) are used only to match you with insurance carriers likely to approve you and to estimate your rate. We do not sell health information as a standalone product.
If you give consent to be contacted, we share your information with Veluxity Leads and with the licensed insurance agencies listed on our Partners page so they can contact you about coverage. That page is the complete list. We record which agencies were listed at the moment you consented, and we do not share your information with agencies added after that point.
We also use consent-verification vendors (ActiveProspect TrustedForm and Jornaya) who record your interaction with our form to independently document your consent. If you do not give consent, we do not share your information with partner agencies for marketing.
If you check the consent box, you agree we and our listed partners may contact you using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or AI-generated voice, a prerecorded message, or SMS. Some of our calls are placed by an AI voice agent. Consent is never required to get a quote or to buy anything.
You can withdraw consent at any time, by any reasonable means: reply STOP to any text, tell an agent during a call, or email admin@veluxelegacygroup.com. We stop automated contact promptly and pass your withdrawal to every partner we shared your information with.
